Alexandra Gravina (she/her) is a performer and voice teacher based in the New York City area. She graduated from Jacksonville University (Jacksonville, FL) with her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance in 2021, and is currently pursuing her Master of Music in Vocal Performance, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Vocal Pedagogy, at New York University (New York City)

Ms. Gravina currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Voice at New York University. She previously taught voice lessons to students ages 4-20 at Music Rowe Studios in St. Augustine, FL.

Her performance credits include Jack’s Mother/Baker’s Wife Cover in Into the Woods, Enid Hoopes in Legally Blonde The Musical, and Margaret Johnson in The Light in the Piazza at Jacksonville University, and Cretan Woman in Idomeneo at New York University. Behind the scenes, Ms. Gravina worked on In the Heights in 2020, acting as Stage Manager and Assistant Music Director.

During her time at Jacksonville University, Ms. Gravina was an inaugural member of the university’s vocal jazz ensemble, The RiverTones; she later served as the group’s Student Director for two years, teaching songs and choreography, and leading the group onstage. She also served as the Treasurer/Secretary (2018-19) and President (2019-20) for the Phi Iota Chapter of Alpha Psi Omega, a theatre honor society. Currently, she is serving as Treasurer for NYU’s student chapter of NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing).
